Responsibilities:

  • You will introduce our product to the principles or marketing leads of Insurance Brokerages across Canada
  • You are responsible for training and product support
  • You will be the first point of contact for all products
  • Understanding the value that Pathway’s products bring to the customer
  • Required to conduct voice meetings and software demos
  • Work closely with developers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Identify quality-improving and feature enhancement opportunities
  • Responsible for account retention

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing (Advanced English)
  • Professional experience in customer service, sales or marketing
  • Possessing a strong work ethic
